साधारणपणे तिघांसाठी.साहित्य: * तांदुळ, चना डाळ, मुग गळ, उडीद डाळ प्रत्येकी अर्धी वाटी. * हळद, हिरवी मिरची व आले व लसुन पेस्ट २ मोठे चमचे, १ चमचा साखर, मीठ चवीपुरते. * फोडणीसाठी तेल ४ चमचे, १ मोठा चमचा मोहरी ,कढिपत्ता ८-१० पाने, ३ हिरवी मिर्ची. * सजावटीसाठी थोडी कोथींबीर. कृती: तांदुळ, चना डाळ, मुग डाळ, उडीद डाळ प्रत्येकी अर्धी वाटी स्वच्छ धुवून ४ तास भिजत ठेवा. त्यानतर हे सर्व ईडलीच्या मिश्र

शेकटाच्या/ शेवग्याच्या शेंगांची आमटीशेकटाच्या शेंगा यायला लागल्या की दर दोन दिवासाआड हि आमटी आमच्याकडे होतेच. घाई आहे किंव्हा कधी जेवण करायला वेळ नाहीये अश्यावेळी नुसती आमटी केली, पापड भाजला की आणखी काही नको. हि आमटी शाकाहारी किंव्हा मासांहारी मेनू बरोबर उत्तम. म्हणजे नुसती भेंड्याची भाजी परतली किंव्हा एखादी पालेभाजी केली आणि हि आमटी कि झाल जेवण. कांद्यातली सुकट केली किंव्हा कोलंबी परतली  किंव्हा
