सुख असते ओंगळवाणे, दु:ख चिरंतर देणे इतकेच मागणे तरिही , 'सुखात असुदे देवा!' …………………………….……………………………. रंगांना नसते बोली, रंगांना नसते भाषा, पण रंग बदलल्यावरती, धर्मांतर झाले म्हणती ! …………………………….……………………………. बांधल्या असतील गाठी जर नभीच्या ईश्वराने का अशी तुटतात नाती बिनबुडाच्या संशयाने ?…………………………….……………………………. ओळखतो मी पावसास या किती चांगले ? डोळ्यांमधुनी तिच्या बरसता कळतो

नारळाचं झाड जरासं नाठाळ असतं. ते सुरुवातीला अगदी हळूहळू वाढतं.. बहुतेकदा तर मालकाचा अगदी अंत पाहतं. वाटतं हे झाड काही उपयोगाचं नाही. पण मग, एकदा ही सुरुवातीची वर्षं सरली की फणा काढलेल्या नागासारखं डौलात उभं राहातं... उंचच उंच ! मग त्याच्या नाठाळपणाचा अनुभव हवेला येतो. कितीही जोरदार वारं वाहिलं तरी काहीही फरक पडत नाही. बरं कित्येक फूट वाढलं, तरी झाडाचा बहुतेक भाग खोडच! नारळ काढायचे म्हणजे झाडावर

मनाचा ठाव घेताना निनावी दु:ख लाभावेजसे पाहून गायीला भुकेले वासरू यावेकिती हा दूरचा रस्ता तुझ्यापासून येणाराकितीदा वाटते, 'आता पुरे, येथेच थांबावे'असे ही रोजची कसरत तुला समजून घेण्याचीतुला हे काय समजावे, तुला समजून का घ्यावे ?स्वत:पुरती नशा घेऊन फिरतो सोबतीला मीकुणाला पुण्य ना द्यावे, कुणाचे पाप ना घ्यावेतुला दाटून आल्यावर असू दे भान इतके कीकधी हुलकावणी द्यावी, कधी बरसून झोडावे

डोई टेकलं आभाळटेकू लावणार काय ? अशी फाटली धरणीधागा धरणार नाय !भूक वाढल्या कान्हाचा टाहो आसमंती गेला.दुध सुकल्या स्तनाचापीळ काळजाला आला.पीठ घातल्या पाण्याचा घोट ओठामंदी दिला.चुली म्होरल्या पिठाचा घास भूकेल्यान नेला.गुंडा पुरुष आधार झाला चालण्याचा भार.इथं पोटात काहूर त्याले वासनेचा ज्वर. असं भयाण जगणंकसं देवाजीनं केलं.कुण्या जन्माचं पातकमह्या माउलीला दिलं ? - रमेश ठोंबरे (जिथं फाटलं आभाळ)

..........देता येईल, एक स्वप्न दे, पहाटलेले नकोत मजला सन्मानाचे उधार शेले दु:खाला मी वाट मोकळी करून देता सुखही थोडे त्याच्या सोबत निघून गेले. विसरलीस तू, आणा-भाका, सगळे सगळे आठवते मज, अंग जरासे, शहारलेले जरी सांगतो 'भरले गोकुळ दौलत असते,' खुणावती मज आठवणींचे रितेच पेले !म्हणालीस तू 'जगात नाही माझे कोणी' तू गेलीस अन दुनियेने बघ मुंडन केले - रमेश ठोंबरे
